When we dream about anything it is our subconscious mind/superconscious Divine Higher Self trying to show us who we are in order to help us remember. So you have a dream about love, it is so real, so tangible you wake up feeling the dream, the emotion in your body. The dream didn’t occur to make you feel longing or lack, it happened because while sleeping you were in your higher consciousness and were experiencing Divine pure love, the Oneness, Unity. The dream is our ego-minds interpretation of your nighttime experience. But our ego-mind puts everything through its filter, whatever that filter may be.  Abandonment, lack of self-worth, loneliness, not being good enough… You fill in the blank. So instead of waking up and feeling ” Oh! I am pure love!!!” You wake up feeling “Oh! Why can’t I have that love here? Who is that man/woman in my dream, if I can find him/her then I will be able to feel and have love.” Or something to that effect. It is our faulty interpretation that leaves us sad and longing, pining for a love that feels so far away, impossible. When we are able to surrender our egos to our Divine Will we can see that we already have that love within us. We are that love, we need only to remember it. We are the Holy Trinity: Love of self, Love of other and Love of the Divine. Our 3-D world drives this definition as it still shows separation when in fact the Holy Trinity is really simply  Divine Love/Unity.

We must become aware of what we resonate with, become meticulous with our thoughts. If we resonate/identify with abandonment, fear, loneliness; pure love could be standing before us offering itself to us and we would only see tragedy. It’s one thing to believe that love is the answer and quite another to resonate with loves vibration all the time. We need to be able to embody loves vibration, allow it to pulse through every cell of every atom of our being. Allow it to permeate us, wash us clean. We will create what we resonate with, it will manifest. Watch your thoughts and energy for a day. Read the paper, watch the news, then read some Rob Brezsny or Louise Hay. Which do you feel is truth in your heart? Do you resonate and feel for all the tragedy in the world or the love? Be honest, there is no judgment. We must be scrupulously honest with ourselves if we are to transmute ourselves and our world. By resonating with the violence, we create that, give it power. By resonating with love and joy we create that but it has to be genuine. Otherwise we are creating phony love… hmmm, see a lot of that don’t you?

Seek out the parts of your self that resonate at the fear frequency and love them, heal them, understand them, forgive them, hold gratitude for them, learn from them then show them the reality that exists where their fear does not run the show. We are living in a polar world so if there is a reality where we are stuck in fear and tragedy than the opposite must also exist. When we are able to bring the two together, into balance/equilibrium or still point we are able to hold both the light and the dark and experience wholeness.

From this place in the center, the eye of the storm(stillness) there is love, there is peace, there is unity.

We are one.
