Let’s not get bogged down by semantics. The bottom line is that we must face our fears and heal our fearful ones. Leaving our fearful ones unattended and unhealed creates a fear-mind consciousness that resonates with a fearful and violent world. As long as even a part of us resonates at that level, this is what we will create, our energy contributing to the consensus reality of fear already established. But each day, each moment brings with it the opportunity for healing, the opportunity for love to draw fear into the stillness and to create a healing balance. Can you open your heart to the Oneness? Can you walk away from the tapes that play in your mind defining you, limiting you? This physical body is but a tiny part of who you truly are. Do not allow the mind to limit your reality, open, open, open! What thoughts float around your mind that your ego tells you are crazy and wrong? Bring them into your heart. Do not try to convince the ego mind, allow your heart to drop them into the pool of stillness where these ideas can become integrated and deeply understood. Then when they are presented back to your mind, they will be accepted as truth because your heart and every cell in your body registers it as truth. This is the difference between thinking and knowing; between faith and belief. One will always have to be defended while the other is irrefutable. Because it simply is.
