Our Beliefs Shape Our Reality

3-2-12

Belief: An acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.

How much do our beliefs create our reality? This is the question that begs to be answered for in this changing world, what we believe is our only truth. It is the foundation of our existence.

It is the fertile ground from which our reality grows.

So… I ask you, what do you believe? About yourself, your life, this world? Our expectations are born from our beliefs both of which create our vibration, our unique energy signature which directs our form, our world, this very reality. We must remember that everything is energy, everything. This is not some woo woo abstract thought, it is the fundamental truth.

Do remember being a child? When the world was filled with possibilities and all of the stories that were read to us were filled with magic? So much imagination, so much beauty. I remember being a child and hearing my Higher Self (Spirit) calling out to me, not just in my head. I remember retreating to the attic closet to feel connection to the otherworld and I remember being told that this was all my imagination, in other words that none of it was “real.” And I sadly remember it all going away. When I believed in it, before adults who “knew better” because they were adults told me it wasn’t true, my reality was a very different place. Now that I have reconnected with and remembered The One Who Called Out To Me, I know what is truth.

When I read stories to my little girl I am flooded with the truth they hold, I can feel Spirit’s soft whispering coming through beckoning for them to believe, to not forget who they are and what they’re capable of. In one beautiful story Hepatica, a young girl with “clear eyes” is living with the forest people. Among them is a beautiful wicked witch whose form gains strength, power and substance from the children’s belief in her and their fear. When Hepatica tells them to look right through her as if she is not there, the witch loses her substance, she begins to de-materialize for she loses her power when the children no longer believe in her. [Notes from the House Above The Trees by Ethel Cook Elliott]. in the Velveteen Rabbit you are real when you are loved and in the Unicorn Chronicles when you disown the part of you that is darkness you lose balance and this disowned power coalesces into form…it becomes “real.” For a more detailed account read my essay Perception of Perfection, it was inspired by the Unicorn Chronicles by Bruce Coville. Children’s stories have aroused in me all that I believed and knew was truth before society deadened me, before TV entranced me and school enslaved me.

It is a common belief that children don’t know any better, it’s almost as if society sees them as insane. We try to force them into the tiny box society has for their minds and their Spirits but they do not fit into these boxes and they’re rebelling… we then medicate them for bipolar, ADD, ADHD… all to attempt to make them conform or so they can “focus.” This action is unconscionable. This is akin to destroying that which feeds and nourishes us… oh well yes we are doing that as well are we not?(See Monsanto.)

I like to say that my daughter’s feral because I refuse to indoctrinate her mind into a matrix that wishes to enslave her. A free mind is dangerous to a society that is run by shepherds.

We must all re-embrace our own ferity. Ferity is a wild, untamed, uncultivated state.

Throw off your conditioning and remember who you are, remember your gifts, your power! Remember that you are a creator and that you create from your beliefs!! The society that wishes to control and use you does not want you to remember this, they want you only to believe what they tell you is real, “for when people believe in magic they are impossible to control” (sorry I cannot remember w which book that is from) and just like when reading was only allowed for royalty for the same reason “when the commoners can read they become impossible to control” (paraphrase from the book The Unicorns of Balinor).

It is time to break free! Unleash the feral beauty that lies within you!

Stop watching the world, begin living.

Turn off the TV, stop reading the newspaper. Stop believing in your need for protection, stop believing that you are in mortal danger… you are immortal! Your soul cannot die, it is all a part of our conditioning. If we believe we get old and die, we do. If we believe that someone is going to kill us and take our stuff and poison our food, pollute our air and water… Look at the havoc our errant beliefs have wrought!

We have been so conditioned to believe the worst we’ve completely forgotten about the beauty! The love! The perfection of creation! The magic! This is all deemed fantasy or not realistic. Bullshit!. Our conditioning into the matrix is the real bullshit.

Our belief that we are anything but amazing powerful immortal magical creatures is pure heresy.

The time has come for us to stop believing in the necessity of government, in our need for stuff. In our belief that we die… it is all a lie, a mask or cage placed over our consciousness to keep us disconnected.

Take a deep breath and remove the cage. Take a deep breath in yell out the window “I believe in faeries!” Open your high heart and state “I believe in myself and I intend to come home.”

And always remember this: If you can imagine it, it is real.

It exists somewhere in space and time. Never doubt what your heart knows. Never doubt what the child in your heart whispers to you, for this child is your Higher Self, the One Who Remembers, the One who is still fully connected, the One Who Believes. Believe in yourself, you are God after all… let society think you are crazy, they will leave you alone and you will be able to accomplish so much good and beauty. And then they will all wonder “from where does all this beauty emanate?”

It will be you.
