Lesson in Being Human

To be permanently filed in the “can you hold both?” folder…

Yes.  Oddly enough, the mind can want to throttle the man who teased and bullied my daughter while my heart holds compassion and understanding.  Judging and resisting the minds anger only made it stronger no matter how the heart sang “forgive him for he knows not what he does…”

This is yet another beautiful paradox of being human.

As soon as I allowed both to coexist in my Beingness, the anger vaporized and I laughed.

Blessed Be the magick of life.
